Pegasis provides automated checkout software for e-commerce platforms. The software is provided as-is and we make no guarantees regarding checkout success rates or product availability.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Pegasis software on a single device. You may not share, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the software.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Whop. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any third-party websites you interact with using our software.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, including sharing access, chargebacks, or abusive behavior.
Pegasis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including lost profits or failed checkout attempts.
